Uk Predator angler, Robert Kew, just caught this massive UK pike of 41lb 8 oz - 18,8kg!! Robert tells us " The fish came on my 3rd cast and the lure was fished sink and draw with sharp twitches and then left to flutter down through the water, the fish hit the bait as it was falling after just
2 twitches!!! I think because the bait was soft the fish held on much longer than usual enabling me to set the hooks well! There were no other fish caught by any other angler on that day!!!
Robert fished a 19cm soft 4Play in Perch color - rigged "ready to fish" on a offset treble hook!
The Fish was returned unharmed!
