Some of you might already have heard the news, but here we go.
Savage Gear took home the prestigious Efttex Award for ‘Best New Soft Lure’ at this year’s Efttex Show in Amsterdam. The new 25cm 4Play Soft Lure won the award, and it was applauded for its superior design, detail and quality by the jury in this very hard to win category.
Aside from its extremely lively looks and movement, the 25cm Soft 4Play boasts an integrated inner-Kevlar mesh net, which protects the lure from being ripped apart – something that a lot of soft lures suffer severely under. Also, the Soft 4Play comes with a whole array of extremely innovative and thought-through accessories such as Offset Treble Hooks, Lip Sculls, Screw in Spinner Blades and Colorado Blades. All in all the Soft 25cm 4Play Lure (and the whole Soft 4Play lure range in general), represents a very versatile lure concept for the biggest salt- and freshwater predators out there.
Also worthy of mentioning is the 2nd place in the prestigious and very competitive ‘Best New Hard Lure’ taken by the Savage Gear Larvae55, which is a very spacy looking, 3-section dragon fly imitation. It was applauded for its fantastic and minute details as well as its radical design.
