French Prologic team member, Julien Diconne, has had some truly incredible carp fishing lately.
Last week, he had a fantastic four days session on a challenging local lake with 34 fish landed! 14 grass carp from 15 to 18,5kg + one of 19,5kg + one of 22kg !!! Biggest common carp weighed in at 15,5 and 15,7kg and the biggest mirror carp was a nice two tone weighing 18,2kg !!!
All fish fell to fresh home rolled Crustacean DDBait boilies in 20 and 26mm. For sure a session he will never forget!
A couple of weeks ago Julien enjoyed a three night session on another big local lake which is fished heavily and harbours some very sceptic and hard-to-lure carp. Despite harsh weather conditions, he succeeded in landing 3 carp - 2 common carp of 11 and 13 kilos and a nice very nice 16kg mirror carp. All fell to 20mm Crustacean & Bechelan Readymades tied to C2 size 6 hooks and 25lbs Reptilian traces.
