New sales manager at Fairpoint Outdoors A/S
Thorbjørn Galtt-Møller has been appointed as new sales manager at Danish based tackle manufacturer Fairpoint Outdoors A/S. Thorbjørn is 43 years old and already well-known in the tackle trade business. For the last five years he’s been working as a freelance export consultant for the Spanish tackle company Evia. Prior to this was eight years as export manager at tackle manufacturer Svendsen Sport A/S in Denmark and three and a half year as promotion manager for Carlsberg/Tuborg breweries.
An important part of Thorbjørns new job will be to manage the sales in Scandinavia where Fairpoint is already well established with a full network of salesmen visiting shops and customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Equally as important it will be to strengthen the growing export of products of from Fairpoint Outdoors.
“Lately the interest of products from Fairpoint Outdoors has been growing rapidly and both shops and consumers are asking for our products. I’m of course looking forward to be working with our established contacts and partners, as well as the challenging work of turning the growing interest from all parts of the globe into real business,” says Thorbjørn Galtt-Møller.
Thorbjørn will be starting his new job by attending to EFTTEX 2012 in Paris, June 1.-3. at stand no C07. Thorbjørn and the rest of the Fairpoint crew are looking forward to be meeting up with old friends in the tackle trade as well as meeting new, possible business partners.
